It is designed to stop you doing it. They lost this one though you are more tenacious than they bargained for. Also once upset never forgotton bad karma their way too! Will ring after half term. Have a good one. Jacqueline x
These things are sent to try us. I refuse to contemplate changing mine for that very reason. I hope it gets sorted out so that you have more time to knit! x
